On-the-Job Training
Our staff learn by doing real work for real clients. Every project is an opportunity to build professional skills, earn competitive wages, and grow. No sheltered workshops, no make-work.
Youth Leadership
Youth Leadership aims to reduce barriers to leadership for young people with disabilities in Hawaiʻi. Through mentorship, civic engagement workshops, and hands-on experience with technology and government processes, participants will build the skills and confidence to lead in their communities.
Vocational Rehabilitation Services
