Accommodation and Disability-Related Information

Our contact form includes an optional field for accommodation needs. We recognize that this information may relate to disability status and treat it with heightened care:

  • It is shared only with staff directly responsible for fulfilling your request.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects:

Contact form submissions are retained in our email system for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, and are then archived according to our Document Retention and Destruction Policy. We do not maintain a separate database of contact form submissions.

  • Secure email transmission via Google Workspace
  • Access controls limiting who within our organization can view submissions

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
